A truly wonderful hotel; you feel welcome from arrival to departure… especially the waiters and waitresses, who are incredibly attentive, friendly, cheerful, and courteous; the food is excellent, the rooms are modern, and the spa area is stylish yet cozy… we would come back in a heartbeat.

Stay from October 17 to 19, 2025: splendid room in size, finishes, and cleanliness. Half-board service with excellent breakfast and dinner. Professional and very friendly staff. Top-floor pool with retractable roof and views of the Castelrotto bell tower, saunas, and relaxation rooms. Superlative hotel.

The hotel is truly beautiful from an aesthetic standpoint. Very fresh, clean, and in a modern yet elegant style. The staff was extremely kind and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The spa is very welcoming. However, there is only one open-plan relaxation area. The sun loungers and hot tub on the terrace are excellent. The pool is very charming. A small comment regarding breakfast: there aren't many options for those with dairy allergies or vegans.

Simply a super hotel in the heart of beautiful Castelrotto.

This hotel offers everything you need. Located in the heart of the village, it's convenient for access to the bus stop, supermarket, cable car, and chapel. Nearby towns like Siusi and Ortisei are close by, and guests receive a South Tyrol Guest Pass, a free public transportation pass that allows quick access to nearby towns. The hotel also offers a spacious and secure underground parking lot, making it ideal for car travel. The rooms, while small, are spacious and clean, with separate bathrooms and terraces. Guests also have free access to facilities like a German sauna, a fitness room, and a stunning rooftop pool. The staff at the front desk spoke English and were extremely friendly. We had to change our itinerary due to an accident before our stay, but they were able to accommodate us quickly. During check-in, they provided detailed information about the facilities and carefully checked for vehicle availability. Above all, the food was truly satisfying. Breakfast was excellent, but the dinner included with the half-boarding option was especially satisfying. Dinner is a four-course meal (five courses, including the salad and dessert buffet!). Despite the choice of each course, there was not a single item on the menu that overlapped throughout the four days. My family and I tried as many dishes as possible, and even the most experimental ones were enjoyed without hesitation. This is the epitome of fine dining. Considering the price of the half-boarding option and the quality of the food at nearby restaurants like Ortisei, this is truly incredible value, and I can confidently say that it's one of the best premiums a hotel guest can enjoy. The only downside was the poor English descriptions on the menu, but the helpful English-speaking server was always on hand to help with any questions. While the accommodation and service prices aren't exactly cheap, considering the location and level of service, it's hard to find a more competitive hotel. For travelers interested in Castelrotto's unique history and the local lifestyle, this small hotel is a definite choice.

My dear guests, thank you again for making our holiday what we hoped for, a relaxing moment to unplug and reconnect with the wonderful world of the Dolomites. Without a doubt, the credit for the environment and nature—excuse me—goes to its creator, whose "divinity and invisible qualities are clearly evident when one considers creation" (Romans 1:20). However, just as a canvas is made beautiful by its frame, to all of you, from the house skippers and receptionists to the chef and his kitchen staff and those at the tables—to all of you, diligent and smiling agents of cordiality and helpfulness—goes our heartfelt thanks.

We stayed at the Hotel Lamm in Castelrotto for a week, and the experience was truly unforgettable. The hotel is stunning, meticulously maintained, and boasts a splendid panoramic spa: a pool overlooking the bell tower, a sauna, a whirlpool, and a truly enchanting relaxation area. The breakfast is excellent: everything is fresh, varied, and high-quality. We chose half-board, and it was a joy to have breakfast every morning and then leisurely choose our dinner menu. The restaurant's dishes won us over: beautifully presented, tasty, and with a wide variety of meat, fish, and vegetables. We also greatly appreciated the wine selection and the opportunity to enjoy a delicious aperitif at the hotel bar. The hotel's true strength is its staff: professional, helpful, and always smiling. Special praise goes to Francesco and Samuela, two knowledgeable and kind young people who accompanied us on this wonderful experience, making it even more special. Highly recommended for those seeking relaxation, excellent cuisine, and impeccable hospitality in a dream setting.
